Clinton Jones is a highly qualified and skilled property lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry.
Clinton Jones is the founder and principal of Priority Legal. Established in 2010, Priority Legal was formed to provide specialised Canberra conveyancing services to clients located in Canberra and the surrounding NSW regions. Clinton wanted to develop a boutique business focused on delivering Canberra conveyancing services to the highest standard.
Sam Cafe
Sam Cafe is an experienced property lawyer who is well renowned for providing exceptional advice and service to his Canberra conveyancing clients.
Sam began his legal career in 2010 and since then has gained a breadth of experience across a wide variety of Canberra conveyancing transactions. His experience includes the purchase and sale of residential property, provision of auction advice, off-the-plan purchases and acting for builders and developers. Apart from acting for purchasers and sellers, Sam also spent a number of years acting for banks in their mortgage settlements. His knowledge of the bank’s back end processes is useful in untangling settlement issues and getting settlement across the line on time.
Brooke Pearce
Brooke is a highly regarded and extremely experienced conveyancing manager who has worked in the legal industry since 2002.
Before moving to Canberra and joining Priority Legal, Brooke was based in Merimbula and gained extensive experience across a range of legal fields with a focus on NSW conveyancing. Brooke has managed thousands of NSW conveyancing transactions ranging from straight-forward residential property to more complicated strata and commercial transactions.
